Pool Aerobics


Pool Aerobics is low impact exercise done in water with focus on aerobic endurance, resistance and strength training.
I combine cardiovascular conditioning, high intensity interval training, resistance for strength, mobility, flexibility and balance exercises to help you achieve your goals whilst having a great time.

Annual Charity Event - Giving Back and Having Fun
ALL revenue from this class is donated to a registered charity.
Participants are encouraged to invite friends, family, neighbours & coworkers to join in making a splash for the cause.
