AQUATIC EXERCISE JAMAICA
Pool Aerobics is low impact exercise done in water with focus on aerobic endurance, resistance and strength training.
I combine cardiovascular conditioning, high intensity interval training, resistance for strength, mobility, flexibility and balance exercises to help you achieve your goals whilst having a great time.
Pool Aerobics is a great low or no impact exercise option.
The intensity is easily modified to your ability while achieving your goals.
Classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance and strength training.
Exercising in water also improves balance and gait, mobilizes joints and stretches muscles in an enjoyable atmosphere with music.
Classes are done mostly vertically and without swimming, typically in waist deep or deeper water, perfect for non-swimmers and swimmers alike.

Can't swim? No problem!
Participants remain in a vertical position and may remain in the shallow end. Also, your instructor is a certified lifeguard & holds a CPR training certificate.
