Do I have to reserve my spot?
YES! Reserve your spot using the button below.
Do I have to know how to swim?
Definitely NOT. Swimmers & non-swimmers are welcome! If you're afraid of water contact me.
How do I care for swimwear?
After use, rinse with COLD water TWICE. Use MILD detergent. DON'T wring. Gently squeeze out excess water & allow to drip-dry indoors.
Should I remove jewellery?
Your choice. Chlorine, sunblock, tanning lotion & sunlight can dull or damage jewellery.
Should I wear sun protection?
A cap/ visor, sunglasses & sunblock are never a bad idea.
What should I wear?
ANYTHING! Swimsuit, swim trunks, shorts, t-shirt, sports bra, whatever you're most comfortable wearing. If you'd like to invest in athletic swimwear contact me.
Do I have to wear a swim cap?
No, swim caps are not a requirement. If you'd like to invest in a swim cap click here.
Should I remove my wedding band?
Your choice. Cool temperatures cause your fingers to shrink, creating room for your ring to slip off.
Will my hair get wet
Maybe. Some workouts are more splashy fun than others
